COVID-19 Policies and Procedures
As of July 25, 2020, per the Governor’s Executive Order 20-81, people in Minnesota are required to wear a face covering in all indoor businesses and public indoor spaces.
Appointment Policy
Our office is open and in person appointments are available, however phone or video conferencing is encouraged whenever possible.
To Protect the Health of Our Staff:
You will be required to wear a mask or cloth face covering while in the building and requested to use hand sanitizer upon arrival. We kindly ask that you reschedule your in-person appointment if you are exhibiting any of the following symptoms within the past 14 days:
• Fever or feeling feverish
• Chills
• A new cough
• Shortness of breath
• A new sore throat
• New muscle aches
• New or unusual headache
• New loss of smell or taste
To Protect the Health of Our Clients:
All members of our staff take a health self-assessment before coming into work and wear masks while clients are within our office. Cleaning procedures have been updated and high touch areas are sanitized after each meeting.
Drop-Off/Pick-Up Policy
Clients may provide documents via a secure file link or through their NetClient CS portal. If you would like to drop-off paperwork at our office, you will be required to wear a mask. We ask that you call us at 952-945-5011 to let us know when we can expect you.
If you would like to pick-up documents rather than have them mailed or shared via a secure digital format, you will be required to wear a mask. We ask that you call us at 952-945-5011 to let us know when we can expect you.
Mask Exemptions – If you are unable to wear a mask due to a medical or mental health condition or disability, we are more than willing to meet you outside the building to collect or provide your information. Just give us a call at 952-945-5011 and we will create a workable solution for you!
